Returns, Refunds & Order Policy
At Sask Handyman Smoke & Barbecue, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of our items, all products are considered food-grade consumables, and as such, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy is in place to maintain strict food safety standards and to ensure the integrity and quality of every item we provide to our customers.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our product and your experience matters. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

- Food and consumable products
- Opened or used items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
